Artículo quince . También podrá el Gobierno aportar las minas o yacimientos de propiedad nacional a empresas organizadas para su explotación o darlos en arrendamiento sin sujeción a las disposiciones pertinentes del Código Fiscal. Lo dispuesto en este artículo no es aplicable a las minas de metales preciosos, de esmeraldas y sal gema, ni a los yacimientos de hidrocarburos.
