Las primeras copias serán expedidas tan pronto quede autorizado el instrumento por el notario, en el menor tiempo posible, que en ningún caso excederá de ocho (8) días hábiles. La demora hará al notario responsable de los perjuicios que con ella se causen a los otorgantes.
