Para los efectos de este Decreto y de las leyes que se reglamentan en el, se entiende en todo caso como falta grave en el servicio, el hecho de que los Notarios rebajen o eleven el valor de las tarifas señaladas en los artículos 1º, 2º, 3º, 4º y 7º de la Ley 1ª de 1962.
