Los juicios para perseguir el pago de créditos hipotecarios de amortización gradual, podrán suspenderse, expresa o tácitamente por el demandante, o por convenio entre las partes, por tiempo indefinido, sin que la suspensión implique ni caducidad de la instancia ni de la acción.
