LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 44. Serán sancionados los Remitentes de la Carga, las Empresas de Transporte, los propietarios, poseedores o tenedores de vehículos de Transporte Público Terrestre Automotor de carga, con multa de seis (6) a diez (10) salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes, cuando se pacte el servicio por debajo de las condiciones económicas mínimas establecidas por la autoridad competente, cuando estas se encuentren reguladas.
