Modifíquese el artículo 2.3.4.4.1. del Decreto 1077 de 2015, el cual quedará así: "ARTÍCULO 2.3.4.4.1. Objeto del capítulo. El objeto del presente capítulo es reglamentar el subsidio del programa de conexiones intradomiciliarias para inmuebles de los estratos 1 y 2, en áreas urbanas y centros poblados rurales, con el fin de garantizar la conexión efectiva a los servicios de agua potable y saneamiento básico.
