Para el derecho a las prestaciones en el riesgo de enfermedad, se requiere haber cotizado un número mínimo de ocho (8) semanas anteriores a la prestación del servicio. Igual requisito se exigirá para las prestaciones asistenciales en el riesgo de maternidad. El derecho al pago de subsidio por maternidad, se ajustará a lo dispuesto en el Reglamento General del Seguro de Enfermedad General y Maternidad.
