º Mientras empieza a operar el registro de que trata el artículo 24 de la Ley 10 de 1990, se consideran inscritas en el mismo, las Cajas de Compensación Familiar, entidades sobre las cuales ejerce control la Superintendencia del Subsidio Familiar y que entre los servicios que prestan, incluyen el de salud. La Caja Nacional de Previsión Social como entidad pública del orden nacional, integrante del Sistema Nacional de Salud, no requiere registro.
