Ley 1240 de 2008 · por la cual se dictan disposiciones en materia de Responsabilidad Deontológica para el ejercicio profesional de la terapia respiratoria en Colombia.

El Tribunal Nacional de Etica de Terapia Respiratoria estará integrado por siete (7) miembros profesionales de Terapia Respiratoria de reconocida idoneidad profesional ética y moral con no menos de 10 años de experiencia en el ejercicio de la profesión.

Parágrafo 1

Los Tribunales Departamentales de Etica de Terapia Respiratoria se organizarán y funcionarán preferiblemente por regiones, pudiendo agrupar varios departamentos y al Distrito Capital.

Parágrafo 2

El Tribunal Nacional de Etica de Terapia Respiratoria, se dará su propio reglamento de funcionamiento, así como el de los Tribunales Departamentales.
