° Las modificaciones a la Planta de Personal del ICCE se efectuarán con estricta sujeción al cronograma de que trata el artículo precedente. La supresión de cargos y el derecho preferencial de reincorporación de los empleados se regirán por lo dispuesto en la Sección II del Decreto 77 de 1987, y en los Decretos 1024 de 1987 y 503 de 1988, bajo la coordinación del Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil.
