Los grupos de Chita y Muneque y de Chámeza estarán á las órdenes de los respectivos empleados superiores de estas Salinas, quienes distribuirán el personal que corresponde á cada uno de la manera que á su juicio fuere más conveniente para impedir el contrabando, atender á la custodia de los almacenas, hornos y elementos de elaboración, y prestar el servicio en lo relativo á la venta y entrega de la sal á los compradores.
