Exhorto para diligencia en territorio nacional. Los exhortos de las autoridades judiciales extranjeras a las autoridades colombianas deberán transmitirse también por la vía diplomática, y solo podrán cumplirse cuando el Tribunal Superior respectivo, por medio de Sala de Decisión Penal lo hubiere autorizado. El Tribunal Superior no podrá autorizar actos, pruebas o diligencias que sean contrarios a la Constitución o leyes de la República. TITULO III Disposiciones transitorias. CAPITULO UNICO
