La Superintendencia procurará una adecuada participación de los beneficiarios de los servicios de atención médica en las actividades de control de la prestación de estos servicios. Para tales efectos creará Comités de Vigilancia en los organismos públicos que presten atención médica, cuya composición y funciones serán determinadas por el Gobierno.
