Son objetivos del programa de orientación explicar la importancia de la administración de justicia, fomentar entre el personal que ingresa a dicha rama el importante compromiso que se adquiere, con la sociedad, y el Estado; relacionar al nuevo servidor con el resto del personal que se vincule por primera vez a la rama e informar sobre las normas de personal, régimen salarial y ética profesional pertinentes.
