Internación para enfermo mental permanente o transitorio. Cuando se imponga la medida de seguridad correspondiente a un inimputable por enfermedad mental permanente, se oficiara por el juez al Director del establecimiento psiquiátrico oficial, para que se proceda al tratamiento adecuado. La misma determinación se tomará en caso de inimputable por enfermedad mental transitoria.
