Mientras la primera Comisión Colombiana de Límites con Venezuela permanece en esta ciudad y hasta su regreso en el próximo mes de diciembre a La Goajira, a contar desde la fecha de su llegada a Bogotá, el Médico prestará a la misma Comisión los servicios de Oficial Mecanógrafo con un sueldo mensual de ciento setenta pesos ($ 170), el cual se imputará al capítulo 21, artículo 253, de la vigente Ley de Apropiaciones.
