° Contratación de servicios. En el contrato de administración fiduciaria podrá estipularse que el administrador contrate con entidades bancarias la prestación de servicios del Fondo o que le encomiende a funcionarios oficiales de manejo, en los sitios en donde aquel no tenga agencias ni sucursales.
