Art. 12. El día 1.° de Setiembre de cada año abrirán los Guarda-parques nueva cuenta, describiendo, al efecto, en el Registro Diario, una partida que se llamará Inventario de entrada, copiando la de Inventario de salida que sirvió para la clausura de los libros anteriores. A continuacion se deecribirán las operaciones ordinarias que sucedan.
