Gestión documental. Las cámaras de comercio deben cumplir con la gestión documental entendida como el conjunto de actividades administrativas y técnicas 127/141 INSTRUCCIONES A LAS CÁMARAS DE COMERCIO tendientes a la planificación, manejo y organización de la documentación producida y recibida por las entidades, desde su origen hasta su destino final, con el objeto de facilitar su utilización y conservación. Además, deberán contar con instrumentos archivísticos como herramientas que apoyan el desarrollo de la gestión documental, que cumplan con la normatividad de archivística nacional y con las instrucciones especiales que profiera esta Superintendencia. Normas concordantes: Artículo 3 de la Ley 594 de 2000. Artículo 17A, numeral 8 del Decreto 1736 de 2020 modificado por el Decreto 1380 de 2021.
