Art. 2.° Créanse los siguientes Circuitos de Notaria y Registro: el del Carmen, en el Departamento de Antioquia, compuesto del Municipio de este nombre, que será su cabecera, y del de Cocorna; el de Belén, en el Departamento de Boyacá, compuesto de los siguientes Municipios: Belén, que será su cabecera, Tutasá, Betéitiva y Cerínza; el de Funza, en Cundinamarca, compuesto de los Municipios de Funza, que será su cabecera, Mosquera y Cota; y el de Macheta, en Cundinamarca, formado de los Municipios de Macheta, que será su cabecera, Manta y Tibirita.
