Con excepción de valores del Gobierno Nacional y Cédulas del Banco Central Hipotecario, el Fondo Nacional de Inversiones no podrá invertir más del siete por ciento (7%) de sus recursos de inversión en acciones o bonos de una misma entidad o empresa, ni adquirir más del diez por ciento (10%) del capital social de ella.
