° Además de los jueces de Instrucción Penal Militar instruirán los procesos por los delitos señalados en el artículo 2° del Decreto legislativo número 1250 de 1975, los Jueces de Instrucción Criminal. Estos funcionarios actuarán por comisión que les impartan los respectivos Jueces de primera instancia castrense y tendrán jurisdicción en todo el territorio nacional.
