La presente ley tiene por objeto ampliar la licencia de paternidad, crear la licencia parental compartida, la licencia parental flexible de tiempo parcial modificar el artículo 236 y adicionar el artículo 241A del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo y dictar otras disposiciones.
