Los establecimientos educativos que funcionen en los Territorios Nacionales, deben inscribirse ante los Directores de Educación Nacional o Inspectores de los territorios Escolares respectivos, los cuales quedan con las mismas obligaciones de las Direcciones de Educación Departamental, para los efectos de la inscripción que establece el presente Decreto.
