Art. 286. El juicio se celebrará en un lugar público, capaz de contener cincuenta espectadores, por lo menos. El Juez de la causa dictará las providencias convenientes para la seguridad de los reos y la conservación del orden; y la autoridad política prestará el apoyo que se le exija para los fines indicados.
