También se incorporará en las resoluciones sobre adjudicación de baldíos, en este caso, una estipulación que obligue al adjudicatario, en los casos de que en los terrenos objeto de ellas se hagan exploraciones o explotaciones de petróleos, a respetar los derechos que a favor del contratista con la Nación otorga el inciso 4º del artículo 26, sobre no ocupación de zonas sin el permiso de éste, y reserva de las áreas de quinientos (500) metros alrededor de los pozos e instalaciones.
