Vigencia. La Licencia Sanitaria de Funcionamiento de los Establecimientos Fabricantes de Preparaciones Farmacéuticas a base de Productos Naturales utilizados tradicionalmente con fines terapéuticos, tendrá una vigencia de cinco (5) años contados a partir de la fecha de ejecutoria de la providencia que la conceda, siempre y cuando se conserven las condiciones básicas con las cuales se otorgó. CAPITULO IV Renovación de la Licencia Sanitaria de Funcionamiento.
