La compensación o transformación de las pensiones eventuales de que trata el artículo anterior se autorizará con disminución que se graduará entre un 5 y un 15 por ciento del valor de la pensión completa, según sea lo que en edad o en tiempo de servicio le falte completar al trabajador para tener derecho a ésta.
