Encargos . Los servidores públicos del Sector Defensa, pertenezcan o no al Sistema Especial de Carrera del Sector Defensa, podrán, mediante acto administrativo, ser encargados para desempeñar transitoriamente un empleo o para realizar actividades relacionadas directa o indirectamente con la Misión y las atribuciones del sector o que tengan por finalidad el desempeño de responsabilidades diferentes a las que habitualmente le corresponderían al funcionario en desarrollo de sus funciones.
