Retención prestaciones. La Dirección General de la Policía Nacional podrá retener las prestaciones sociales de los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional, cuando éstos se hallen sindicados de los delitos contra los bienes del Estado previstos en el Código de Justicia Penal Militar, hasta cuando se produzca sentencia definitiva. En caso de condena, el valor de las prestaciones sociales retenidas se tomarán para cubrir el monto de los daños y perjuicios que se haya causado al Estado.
