Operaciones . La Dirección General de Crédito Público y del Tesoro Nacional con los recursos del Fonpet podrá realizar todas aquellas operaciones a ella legalmente autorizadas para el manejo de sus excedentes y de los fondos que administre. El manejo de los recursos deberá efectuarse teniendo en cuenta los criterios de seguridad, liquidez, rentabilidad y realizarse en condiciones de mercado. (Artículo 3° Decreto 2757 de 2000)
