Adiciónase el plan nacional de carreteras de que trata la Ley 88 de 1931 , en su artículo 2°, y dentro de los términos de ella, con el ramal que partiendo de Sotomayor pasa por el El Peñol, El Tambo, Motilón, Sandoná ,Consacá, Yacuaquer, hasta empalmar a la troncal que párte de la ciudad de Pasto, en el Departamento de Nariño.
