Si del examen practicado por la Comisión legislativa de Cuentas encuentra ella que hay lugar a deducir responsabilidad al Presidente de la República, o a uno o varios de sus Ministros, debe proponer en el proyecto de resolución que se pase el expediente al estudio de la Comisión de Infracción de Constitución y leyes, para lo de su cargo.
