La mercancía que llegue por correo a las aduanas será recibida por las autoridades aduaneras como lo disponen los capítulos XXXVI, XXXVIII, XXXIX, XL, XLI, XLV y XLVI de esta Ley. La que permanezca bajo la custodia del correo será aforada por aforadores aduaneros designados al efecto, y no se entregará sino mediante el pago de los derechos correspondientes.
