SANCIÓN A NOTARIOS QUE AUTORICEN ESCRITURAS POR UN PRECIO INFERIOR. Los notarios que violaren lo dispuesto en el inciso 2º del artículo 278, serán sancionados por la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, con base en la información que le suministre la Dirección de Impuestos Nacionales, con multa equivalente al 5% del valor mínimo que debería figurar en la correspondiente escritura.
