Para tener derecho a las deducciones que por sueldos pagados reconocen las leyes del impuesto sobre la renta, se requerirá que el contribuyente acredite que ha efectuado todos los pagos por auxilio del transporte a los trabajadores y por la cuota que le corresponde aportar al Fondo.
