Artículo único. Abrese al Presupuesto de Gastos del bienio de 1899 y 1900 un crédito extraordinario por la suma de $50,000, imputable asi: SERVICIO DE 1899 Y 1900 DEPARTAMENTO DE FOMENTO Capítulo 36 Vías de comunicación y otros gastos de fomento Art. 363A. Para atender á los gastos que demande el alumbrado de la ciudad de Bogotá por medio de petróleo. $ 50,000. Por el Ministerio de Hacienda se dará cuenta de este Decreto al Congreso en sus próximas sesiones, de acuerdo con el artículo 6.° de la Ley arriba citada.
