El Ministerio de Educación, con el apoyo de la sociedad civil, deberá promover que en el área relacionada con el estudio de la Constitución, la instrucción cívica y el fomento de prácticas democráticas obligatorias para las instituciones educativas privadas y públicas, de conformidad con el artículo 41 de la Constitución Política, se incluya información sobre el derecho de acceso a la información, sus principios y sus reglas básicas.
