El poseedor o el dueño de una zona en donde se haya efectuado un lanzamiento, puede solicitar del Alcalde respectivo dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes al primer acto de la nueva ocupación, que impida que contra su voluntad se altere la situación establecida en su favor por el Juzgado de Tierras.
