Desígnese como Director General de la Policía Nacional de Colombia ad hoc al señor Mayor General Moreno Maldonado Gustavo Alberto, identificado con la Cédula de ciudadanía número 10115494, Subdirector General de la Policía Nacional, para que avoque el conocimiento y resuelva el recurso de apelación presentado en contra del fallo de primera instancia de fecha 29 de mayo de 2019, dentro de la Investigación Disciplinaria con radicado INSGE-2015-148, de conformidad con la parte considerativa del presente decreto.
