Mientras se realiza la incorporación de los docentes cofinanciados por la Nación-Ministerio de Educación Nacional al Fondo Nacional de Prestaciones Sociales del Magisterio y a la nómina pagada por los departamentos y distritos con cargo a los recursos del situado fiscal, los departamentos y distritos podrán pagar con cargo a estos recursos la totalidad de los salarios y prestaciones de dichos docentes.
