Prioridad de las entidades del Estado. Las solicitudes que presenten las entidades del Estado, para el establecimiento de redes privadas de telecomunicaciones que utilicen sistemas de acceso troncalizado en desarrollo de actividades de telecomunicaciones, deberán tener prioridad y preferencia en atención a las necesidades de las entidades estatales, al interés público, la seguridad nacional y a la protección de la vida. Estas redes no pueden utilizarse en la prestación de servicios de telecomunicaciones.

Decreto 2343 de 1996 · por el cual se reglamentan las actividades y servicios de telecomunicaciones que utilicen sistemas de acceso troncalizado (Trunking), se atribuyen las bandas de frecuencia de operación y se dictan otras disposiciones.
