Entrega a las víctimas. Cuando el Juez Especializado en Restitución de Tierras ordene la entrega de un predio que se encuentre vinculado a procesos de extinción de dominio, la Sociedad de Activos Especiales S. A.S. (SAE S. A.S) procederá a emitir los actos administrativos que internamente correspondan y a entregar el bien.
