LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.34.1.7. Reemplazo de los Superintendentes por vacancia definitiva antes de terminar el periodo presidencial. Producida la vacancia del empleo de superintendente antes de culminar el período presidencial, por cualquiera de las causales señaladas en la Ley, el empleo se podrá proveer de manera transitoria a través del encargo, mientras se efectúa la nueva convocatoria.
