La simple posesión de las calidades que exige la ley para el desempeño del cargo no da derecho al otorgamiento de puntos en el respectivo concurso. Para la convocatoria el Consejo Superior de la Administración de Justicia verificará si en ese momento el aspirante reúne los requisitos para desempeñar el cargo e ingresar a la carrera.
