Manejo de Mercancías y Objetos Explosivos. El manejo de mercancías y objetos explosivos correspondiente a la Clase 1 NTC 3966 - Anexo número 13 – obedecerá además a lo estipulado en los Decretos 2535 de 1993 y 1809 de 1994, o en las nomas que los modifiquen, adicionen, sustituyan o compilen, o en las demás disposiciones que se emitan sobre el tema.
