Modifícase el literal a) del artículo 16 del Decreto 1515 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "a) Las Acciones tendrán un precio mínimo de doce pesos con veinticinco centavos ($12.25) por acción el cual será actualizado por la variación del índice de precios al consumidor entre la fecha de expedición del presente decreto y la fecha de iniciación de la Segunda Etapa. Para tal efecto, se tomará el índice de precios al consumidor del mes inmediatamente anterior a los eventos referidos, certificado por el Departamento Nacional de Estadística, DANE".
