Para cumplir lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior se destina la cantidad de cinco mil pesos ($ 5,000) de cuya aplicación se encargara a una Junta compuesta por el señor Gobernador del Departamento, el Rector del Colegio de San Pedro Claver el señor Cura párroco de san Laureano.
