LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.6.12.3.2. Entidad encargada de la habilitación institucional de las entidades públicas para la evaluación y certificación de competencias. El Ministerio del Trabajo, a través de la Dirección de Movilidad y Formación para el Trabajo o quien haga sus veces, será el encargado de habilitar a las entidades públicas para realizar procesos de evaluación y certificación de competencias, en el Subsistema de Evaluación y Certificación de Competencias (SECC) del Sistema Nacional de Cualificaciones (SNC).
