Los cargos vacantes que por necesidades del servicio o de la liquidación no sean suprimidos, serán provistos libremente por el Liquidador con autorización previa de la Junta Liquidadora, preferencialmente con personas vinculadas a la Empresa. El Liquidador podrá ordenar el traslado obligatorio de empleados oficiales a otro cargo o sede, en cuyo caso se reconocerán y pagarán los gastos que el traslado ocasione.
